And next to it is (possibly) a glyph for mo'. Significantly, the founder of Copán lacks both K'inich and Yax in his name as it appears in an early inscription at Copán, where he is called simply K'uk' Mo' Ajaw ("Quetzal Macaw Lord"). He may have adopted the fuller form of K'inich Yax K'uk' Mo' upon his accession to rulership.
