This glyph, a phonetic spelling of part of the name of K'inich Janahb' Pakal (Pacal the Great), is now read as ja-na-bi / janahb', referring to a type of flower. The disharmonic bi means that that the internal vowel is either long (which would be represented by the spelling Janaab') or glottalized (as represented by the spelling Janahb').
