Here is a portrait of Kan B'ahlam I from the west side of the Sarcophagus of K'inich Janahb' Pakal. He can be identified by his headdress, part serpent (kan) and part jaguar (b'ahlam) . Also his name appears, as "K'inich Kan B'ahlam", in the hieroglyphic caption previously discussed. (See drawing.) |
