Mah K'ina Pacal   --  Schele, 1988

This glyph, read k'inich-janahb'-pakal / k'inich janahb' pakal, is the name of K'inich Janahb' Pakal (Pacal the Great). In this version, the element that Thompson referred to as the "propeller" (actually a type of flower called janahb') is infixed in the pakal shield. See Janahb' note.
